Immerse yourself in three days of hands-on training at the Woburn Hotel, located near Milton Keynes.
Here’s what you will gain by being part of the Oakman Chef Academy:
Practical and Theory Training: Learn essential skills like knife skills, food safety and cooking techniques specific to Mediterranean cuisine. You will focus on crafting the authentic Neapolitan pizzas, desserts, and mastering preparation of our starter section.
Earn While You Learn: We understand the importance of financial support during your training. That’s why we offer the opportunity to earn while you learn, ensuring you can focus on honing your culinary craft without worrying about your expenses.
Career Development: After successfully completing the Chef Academy training, you’ll secure a permanent part-time or full-time position as a Kitchen Assistant within our award-winning Oakman Group. That’s just the beginning! We provide excellent development opportunities for you to grow and advance your career within our company.
No Experience or CV Required: Whether you’re a recent school or university graduate or considering a career change, we welcome you with open arms. No prior experience or CV is necessary. All we ask for is a positive attitude and a genuine passion for food.
